Shipping Policy

After your order is confirmed, you can view your orders via the “My Account” link, obtain information about their status, and track the shipment once it has been dispatched.

Orders placed online through our website are reviewed periodically every day at certain hours within the timeframe specified in the order form. Orders placed after 17:00 are processed the next day. Please note that during discount and promotional periods, delivery may take slightly longer due to increased demand.

Products in stock are delivered to the courier within a maximum of 3 business days.

Deliveries can only be made if the ordered products are in stock and the payment has been successfully received.

Domestic orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days.

International orders are delivered within 4 to 10 days.
