Distance Sales Agreement
ARTICLE 1 – Parties

Buyer:
The information provided during the order process shall be taken as basis.
ARTICLE 2 – Subject
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer via the website madebylum.com.
ARTICLE 3 – Product and Payment Information
The product name, quantity, sales price, payment method, and delivery details are specified during the order process.
ARTICLE 4 – Delivery
The product shall be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within a maximum of 30 days from the order date.
Shipping costs are specified during the order process. Free shipping may be applied within the scope of campaigns.
Delivery is carried out through the contracted courier company.
ARTICLE 5 – Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, without providing any justification.
Notifications regarding the right of withdrawal must be made to info@madebylum.com.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
- Products manufactured in line with the Buyer’s personal requests
- Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons
- Products that cannot be resold after use
Products to be returned must be sent together with their original packaging and invoice.
ARTICLE 6 – Returns and Refunds
In case the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product price shall be refunded within 14 days.
Payments made by credit card shall be refunded in accordance with the bank’s procedures.
Payments made via bank transfer/EFT shall be refunded to the bank account notified by the Buyer.
ARTICLE 7 – General Provisions
The Buyer declares that they have read and accepted the preliminary information form available on the website.
The product shall be delivered intact and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.
The Buyer is obliged to check the product before accepting delivery.
ARTICLE 8 – Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction.
Entry into Force
This Agreement enters into force when the Buyer confirms the order.
