Subject
The subject of this Preliminary Information Form is to inform the Buyer, within the scope of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the products, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below.
Product and Payment Information
The product name, quantity, sales price including VAT, and payment details are specified during the order process.
Payment method: To be selected during the order process.
Shipping method: To be selected during the order process.
Delivery and Shipping
The shipping fee is {{Kargo}} and is added to the total order amount. However, in certain campaigns, the shipping fee may be covered by the Seller.
Delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer via the contracted courier company. If the Buyer is not present at the address, the Seller shall not be responsible for delays arising from the failure of delivery.
The Seller is responsible for delivering the product intact, complete, and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.
Delivery Period
The product shall be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the order date.
Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, without providing any justification.
Notifications regarding the right of withdrawal must be sent via e-mail to info@madebylum.com.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
- Products manufactured in line with the Buyer’s personal requests
- Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons
- Products that cannot be resold after use
- Digital or consumable products whose packaging has been opened
Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction.
Entry into Force
After the Buyer approves this form electronically, the Distance Sales Agreement shall be deemed concluded.
