Return and Exchange Policy
Return and exchange requests for orders placed via madebylum.com shall be evaluated provided that they are submitted to us within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to you.
Before accepting delivery of the product, it must be checked for any dents, tears, or damage. Damaged products should not be accepted and a report must be issued by the courier representative. Otherwise, the product shall be deemed to have been received in good condition.
After delivery, the careful preservation of the product is the responsibility of the user.
For products sent for return or exchange, the responsibility during the period until they reach us belongs to the customer. Products must be sent unused, undamaged, and together with their original packaging, accessories, and tags. Products with removed tags are considered used and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange Conditions
Exchange can be made only once.
A second exchange is not possible; only a return may be requested.
Exchange shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
Products must be sent to us with shipping paid by the sender.
No exchange shall be made for products that are used, have lost their form, or do not have tags.
Exchange Process
After the product reaches us, a conformity check is carried out.
For products that meet the conditions, the exchange process is completed within 2 to 5 business days.
Products that do not meet the conditions are returned with shipping paid by the recipient.
Return Conditions
Returns of products that are used, damaged, or have had their tags removed are not accepted.
Products with deformation caused by use (such as tearing, breakage, etc.) are excluded from return.
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
Products must be sent together with the original invoice. Returns cannot be processed without an invoice.
Return Process
After the product reaches us, it is subject to inspection.
Return requests that meet the conditions are finalized within 15 business days.
The refund amount is reflected in your account within 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank.
Products that do not meet the conditions are returned with shipping paid by the recipient.
International Orders
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders.
